Responsible for developing replicable blueprints that could apply in sustainable use of land. Overseeing the work within and without the farm applying conventional means to support soil ammendment, schedules and to enhance the organic matter.
The role involves for crop production, supervising staff, developing farm plan and implementation of weekly planting and harvesting. The role includes maintaining good agronomic practices in coprorating hygiene, fertilising, harvesting, building healthy soil and safeguarding the security of the farm.
Oversees farm planning, strategic planning overarching soil health , conservation and framework for sustainable integrated food production underpinning conservation agriculture.
